Western Trade Printing Standard Turnaround Times:

1. Order:
   1. Upon submission of PO or Signed Estimate, your job will be given a tentative production schedule based on your requested delivery dates and when your files are or will be submitted.
   2. When your order is placed it is very important to give us a requested delivery date as well as a “must have by” delivery date.
   3. If we are concerned about, or unable to meet your delivery request(s), we will call right away to discuss options.
2. Proofs:
   1. Most PDF proofs are emailed within 24 hours of the time that your order has been placed or files uploaded – whichever is later.
   2. Most hard copy proofs are shipped within 48 hours of the time that your order has been placed or files uploaded – whichever is later.
   3. Upon signed approval of Proofs (soft and/or hard copy), your production schedule will be confirmed.
3. Production:
   1. Production times start from approval of proofs as follows.
      1. Flat press sheets: 1-3 Business Days
      2. Print and Trim: 2-4 Business Days
      3. Print, Trim and Fold: 2-5 Business Days
      4. Print, Fold, Gather, Stitch and Trim: 4-7 Business Days
      5. Print and DieCut, Fold, Glue: 5-7 Business Days
      6. Print and Convert Envelopes: 6-14 Business Days
      7. Print, Fold, Gather, Perfect Bind: 6-14 Business Days

These numbers are based on average runs and should be used only as a guideline. Large, Complicated, Sensitive projects should be addressed on a job by job basis.
